Cancellation Policy

Any registrant who applies to participate in a CORA program will be entitled to a refund of monies paid if the course they have registered for is not offered or if they are not permitted by CORA to participate. There are no refunds of monies paid to CORA. However, a registrant may defer their course start date in a CORA program based on extenuating circumstances that prevent them from participating. All such cases are subject to review by CORA staff and any request for deferment must be submitted more than five (5) days after executing the enrollment agreement (registration and/or payment form).

Certificate of Completion

Full attendance and successfully passing the class (which includes any graded activities and exams) are required to receive a Certificate of Completion. In case of illness or unavoidable emergency that results in partial attendance, make-up time may be scheduled on a space-available basis.
