Our Online Training Programs to Better Teach Men of Color

Young boys and men of color pursuing their academic journey are often subjected to racial discrimination owing to their physical appearances and socioeconomic status. Persistent microaggressions and bias attitude against them have influenced their performances in education. This is evident from the disparate outcomes in the success rate between them and white students. It is high time that educational institutions recognize the importance of enhancing the academic results for young boys and men of color.
CORA, a professional education organization has come up with online programs for community college faculty and the support staff to learn to teach young boys and men of color as well as help them access educational facilities. We invite all community colleges to partner with us and fulfill their moral and social responsibilities of enhancing the lives of historically underrepresented and underserved students at schools, colleges, and universities. Our courses will help you know your role and responsibility in filling equity gaps and bring a change in the academic results of men of color.
